How do I place an order?

Browse products, click Add to Cart, then go to Cart and click Proceed to Checkout. Fill in your details and confirm your order.

Do I need an account to order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders and manage returns easily.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

All available products are marked as “In Stock.” If a product is unavailable, it will show “Out of Stock.”

Do you deliver all over Bangladesh?

Yes, we deliver nationwide across Bangladesh.

What are your delivery charges?

  • Dhaka Metro: ৳80

  • Dhaka Sub Areas: ৳120

  • Outside Dhaka: ৳150

For Dhaka Sub Areas and Outside Dhaka orders, delivery charge must be advanced in bKash/Nagad

How long does delivery take?

  • Dhaka: 1–3 working days

  • Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days

What payment methods do you accept?

We support Cash on Delivery only at this moment. 

Can I return a product?

Yes. You can request a return within 3 days of delivery if the product is damaged or incorrect. It is advised to check the product in front of delivery man.
